Waste Compliance Coordinator
Fresh People are currently recruiting for a Compliance Coordinator for our client an Organic Waste and Biomass recycling business.

This role would allow you an opportunity to gain experience in the biowaste sector, building a good working knowledge of how processes work and what laws and requirements would apply.

Assisting with developing systems and processes, conducting audits and investigate issues.
Develop quality records and standardisation across the business.
Complete appropriate reports and returns.
Involvement with developing ways to record and monitor the ongoing progress in improving compliance as a business.
Importantly, you should be keen to use your own initiative with oversight of the wider team to solve problems and highlight opportunities.
