Description

We are actively looking for a Gas Operations Manager to join a social housing contractor on a permanent basis to run the service and repairs team.

In return you will receive, company car, bonus of around £20,000 annually and career progression.

As the Gas Operations Manager, you will be:

Responsible for managing site-based activities to ensure the service and repairs contract are delivered within budget and to client satisfaction.
Managing the gas team from contract managers to engineers supporting and training where needed.
Leading the financial side of the contract including budgets and forecasts.
Representing the company at site meetings and managing the client process from start to finish in regards to progress and cost.

Experience and qualifications:

Social housing experience working as an Operations Manager or similar role
Experience managing the budget and forecast on a contract/s
ACS Gas safe registered
Driven and motivated to support team and wider business
