When Kahiki Chester opened in November 2022, it was a welcome addition to the thriving hospitality sector on Watergate Street.

Kahiki pledges to bring exquisite cocktails with inspiration from their love of Polynesian drinks and culture. The infamous Flaming Zombie and many other cocktails move into Kahiki Chester. Ranging from delectable classics to connoisseur-worthy creations they have it covered.

We are now in a second of phase to add strong and talented bartenders and mixologists to our already exceptional team.

We have opportunities for talented bartenders working between 16 and 40 hours, passionate about customer service, whose expertise guarantees the quality and consistency of all drinks served which they deliver with style and efficiency.

Responsibilities -

Deliver exceptional levels of customer service
Prepare all ordered drinks to specification and maintaining product standards and consistency
Develop excellent product knowledge
Maintain beverage stock, garnishes and glassware as required, communicating any significant stock availability issues to the team
Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization of the bar
Complete quality preparation of all duties to clean, set up, handover and close bar to standard
Develop an efficient work pace that ensures guest satisfaction at all times

Requirements:

Our bartenders will:

Be passionate about customer service
Be able to strike up conversation and talk to guests; be interested in them
Take pride in their craft
Be able to work with flair and efficiency
Be strong teamplayers

Some bar experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be given. More important are the skills listed above.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
£10.50-£11.00 per hour
