Salary
Salary for Workshop Supervisor is between £53,000pa - £58,000pa, depending on hours worked.

Hours of work for are Monday to Friday 06:30hrs to 17:00hrs (Saturday working on a rota alternate weekend 07:00hrs to 14:00hrs).

At ARR Craib Ltd, we have a vacancy for a

Workshop Supervisor Dayshift based at our

Aberdeen depot.


The position of Workshop Supervisor involves:

  • Liaise with the workshop staff and parts department to give advice and help with jobs that are ongoing in the workshop.
  • Give regular updates on work in progress in the workshop to the Fleet Workshop Manager.
  • Give help advice with Diagnosing and fault finding of any issues with the vehicles and trailers.
  • Ensure all vehicles & trailers are maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications, especially in relation to oil change parameters.
  • Ensure all parts are booked out correctly.
  • Ensure all legal documents are filled out accurately and on time and are readily available for processing.
  • Booking out time for each job that is carried out and the relevant paperwork given to the Workshop Controllers.
  • Ensure that best practice is always employed in relation to component replacement; repair duration; document completion.
  • Provide support and assist the Fleet Workshop office staff to meet and surpass all agreed targets.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workplace environment.
  • Provide holiday cover for the Fleet Workshop manager.
  • Due to the nature of the role, Health and Safety and Safe Systems of work are paramount. You must ensure that you are following the company's health and safety policy at all times.
