Vacancy description:

Our Jaguar Land Rover dealership is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our customer-centric team and contribute to the success of the dealership.

If you have experience of working in the automotive industry as a Parts Advisor, we can provide excellent training to develop your skillset.

Key responsibilities:

Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
Ensuring all parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, that they are binned accordingly and that all orders are checked before delivery note is signed.
Ensuring phones are answered quickly and professionally.
Ensuring that the Service Department requirements are dealt with accurately and information is passed on as comprehensively as possible.
Assisting in stock checks and van deliveries where required.
Packing and loading Parts correctly

Essential Qualifications:

Experience of working in a Parts department in a franchised dealership
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Kerridge
