Position Overview:

As a Recruiter based in London, you will play a pivotal role in the thriving organisation. You will have roles to work from day one.

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent within the Finance sector, primarily focusing on mid to senior-level positions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients to understand their hiring requirements, provide insights, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the finance industry, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify and attract top talent.
Leveraging the firm's existing relationships to map out your own market focus.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative recruitment strategies, streamline processes, and contribute to the organisation's overall success.
Mentor and train new team members

Requirements & Qualifications:

Significant experience in recruitment, specifically within the fintech or financial services industry.
Deep understanding of Finance industry trends, market dynamics, and key players.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
Selfmotivated, proactive, and resultsoriented with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Experience working in a global environment and with remote teams is a plus.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
