Duties and responsibilities:
- Day to day running of drinks/bar services.
- Consistently maintaining stock levels of syrups, purees, fruit, garnishes.
- Keeping the bar and coffee area clean, tidy and organised.
- Assist bar manager with further drinks development, market research & staff training.
In your new role you are expected to:
- Be a confident and assertive
- Develop a greater understanding of the vast spectrum of drinks knowledge.
- Always look the part, coordinate uniforms with the bar manager.
- Provide support to the restaurant whenever needed and possible.
- Provide cover whenever possible/necessary.
- Make yourself available to help, train and encourage your less experienced team members.
- Report guest feedback, issues & requests to the bar manager.
Tasks and goals:
- Get to know your wine list, perfect your wine service, eventually take control of wine ordering.
- Get inspired Come up with cocktail ideas, drinks you want to serve in the bar.
- Gain barista status.
- Attend Fortnightly progression meetings with your bar manager.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week
Salary:
From £10.50 per hour

Experience:
