Description
Pearson Carter are currently working with an incredibly reputable end user who are actively recruiting for an experienced D365 CE/ Dynamics CRM Support Consultant to join their team at their office in Cleveland.
Responsibilities:
- Working with D365 CE/Dynamic CRM.
- Proactively checking system and security monitoring tools and alerts. Resolving the incident or escalating the incident to the relevant team when required to do so.
- Taking pride in the issue and seeing it through to the end, providing an excellent customer experience.
Experience:
- Experience working with D365 CE/Dynamic CRM.
- Supporting Dynamics NAV/D365BC Customers
- Deliverance of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support would be desirable
Salary
Our client are offering up to £55,000 depending on experience.
Location
Our client is based in Clevedon and would require their new recruit to come into the office 2-3 days per week.
