My client are a high end residential developer based in City of London - Zone 1 who are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team for a head office based role.

Do you have experience within customer care in housing?

Do you thrive in a fast paced environment?

Do you have good knowledge of the new build property & defects?


Day to day duties:

  • Providing excellent customer care on all levels
  • Being the main point of contact for the customer care team
  • Scheduling jobs for repairs with operatives
  • Escalating complaints to the management team
  • Diagnosing defects
  • Ensuring that repairs are covered under the customers warranty
