Permanent, full time 8am to 4.30pm
Responsibilities
As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll be working within the team working on the Stoke & Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Authority (SSFRA) contract, supporting them in providing support in planning, coordinating, and administering the day-to-day activities of the SSFRA estate to ensure smooth running of the FM operation.
Your day to day will include:
- Ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner by scheduling resource and booking in subcontractors on the Concept CAFM system
- Managing the finance and WIP such as obtaining and raising various documents
- Managing the subcontractor quotes and purchase orders and raising URN/PRN notices to the client, submitting costs recoverable through lifecycle
- Maintaining the Fixed and Variable sheets and submit according to the relevant time scales

- Have experience a coordinating or scheduling type role in a busy facilities management, customer focused environment
- Proficient understanding in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
