Head of Produce Operations

  • Third level qualification in management or food manufacturing
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office including Excel and/or G Suite)
  • Production management experience within a food processing environment where strong leadership and organisational qualities can be demonstrated
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast moving, pressurised, customer responsive environment
  • Passion for all things LEAN
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Willing to learn

Salary:
£40,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
