Edgewood School is the newest addition to the SENAD Group portfolio, it is a state-of-the-art independent specialist day and residential school for up to 26 children aged 7 to 18 and due to open in Autumn 2023.

Pupils placed at the school will have a range of complexity and need, including; Autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties, speech, language and communication difficulties, and associated challenging behaviour.

The Role

You will ensure your allocated areas of the school and children's home are kept clean and hygienic and that laundry services are completed to a high standard.

Good attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
Resilient with a willingness, and ability, to interact with children with SEND, including challenging behaviours
