Full job description
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced full-time Valuer/Negotiator to join this highly regarded estate agents in Nottingham.


This well known, reputable and progressive franchise is looking for a driven and sales orientated member to join their vibrant team in their Sherwood branch.

We require someone who has experience and a proven track record in sales/valuations and has strong customer service skills.


The role would make an ideal opportunity for a sales or lettings valuer, looking to expand their career and opportunities with a fast paced, forward thinking Estate Agency.

You'll be working with a close-knit, professional team with excellent support from motivated individuals within the office.


Requirements:


  • Experience within a sales and estate agency environment as a valuer, ideally at least 2 years minimum experience
  • A professional selfdriven individual that puts the client's needs first
  • An individual who takes pride in their work and the service they provide
  • Must be organised and able to manage a busy varied workload
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  • A confident communicator, with experience of selling both in person and over the telephone.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as a team member
  • Basic IT skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Conducting accurate and quality valuations and win instructions for sale
  • Following up all market appraisals and generate new opportunities for further instructions
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our lettings team during property transactions
  • Continually gaining knowledge on market trends, general economy, and property values in the local area.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market data to assist clients in making informed decisions
  • Carrying out property viewings, when required
  • Working closely with vendors to understand their needs and priorities.
  • Negotiate sales transactions and financially qualifying buyers, ensuring the best outcomes for clients
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the sales process
  • Assisting in the marketing of the property by producing floorplans and the property descriptions.
  • Supporting your manager by helping to lead the team to success
