Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day update of the Watts 1874 website platform using Shopify, ensuring the website is kept up to date with relevant products, updated imagery and banners, new in products, regularly updated category pages
  • Be responsible for the uploading of all existing and new products, ensuring deadlines are met by completing uploads on a weekly basis and making sure product specs are provided on time
  • Ensure products are displayed correctly on the website focusing on accuracy from the initial upload.
  • Asset management, ensuring all product entries have accurate complete product information
  • Upload product images as soon as they are made available with all relevant accurate data information specification
  • Ensure products are put live as soon as they are launched, working closely with all cross departments
  • Monitor product performance to ensure product and category pages are optimised efficiently
  • Liaising closely with the Directors, you will work on the visual merchandising of the site
  • Be responsible for upselling and cross selling opportunities on product pages to maximise sales, ensuring they are continuously updated with relevant styles
  • Use Google Analytics and reports from to inform on site decisions
  • Support the Directors with ad hoc onsite projects and web developments by putting briefs together
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, oral and written
  • Knowledge of MS Office software and Google suite
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented, desire to deliver results
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good knowledge of SEO and implementing it into ecommerce content
  • Good understanding of how to manage and implement ecommerce content
  • Competent in the use of analytical tools such as Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of using a CMS system (experience with Shopify is desirable but not a necessity)
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Passionate about eCommerce
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
  • Must be flexible in job requirements to support business goals and needs
  • Must be a team player and be prepared to help peers to achieve all company goals

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
