4Leisure are currently recruiting for a full time Team Leader to work for one of the UK's leading leisure companies.

This particular position is based at a facility in Bishop's Stortford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior lifeguard who is lookingto take the next step in their career and progress within the industry.

For this role you will need to be ambitious and motivated, with an understanding of the the day to day operations of a leisure centre.

You will also need to be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills at all times.

This is 40 hour per week position and you will be required to work a mixture of shift patterns including mornings, evenings and weekends.

An
NPLQ certificate is required for this role.
FAAW and
PPO desired but not essential.
