Manage the day to day operational activities associated with the educational arm of DREEAM. Provide professional, friendly and efficient administration support to the learners and faculty. Liaise with and build relationships with all stakeholders.
With support rom the Support Services Manager, ensure administration and support services are designed and delivered to achieve a high standard within DREEAM.
Manage the day to day activities associated with the provision of education in DREEAM ensuring the provision of a professional, efficient service which is responsive to the needs of our learners.
Then ensuring communication with administrators to provide enough time to prepare course handbooks and lecture programs in readiness for delivery by our faculty.
Take responsibility for managing various data services in DREEAM, ensuring that reporting is undertaken in an accurate and efficient manner.
Be responsibility for Support Services Key Performance Indicators (KPI) associated with your portfolio, ensuring that SMART actions are developed and coordinated to support any underperformance.
Plan and organise commercial courses in line with the DREEAM income generation targets, liaising with the Business Team to plan resource requirements.

Support the Support Services Manager and Head of Operations with recruitment and selection of staff that fall within the support services team.
Guarantee administration and support services are designed and delivered to achieve a high standard within DREEAM.
Provide support for all DREEAM recruitment requirement to TRAC in line with current pathways and HR processes.
Act as first contact for all students who attend DREEAM.
Manage the day to day activity associated with the provision of education in DREEAM ensuring the provision of a professional, efficient service which is responsive to the needs of students.
Lead on planning educational placements related to DREEAM ensuring all students are provided with information / timetable 2 weeks prior to placement and all relevant checks and fees have been paid.
Take responsibility for all organisational aspects of timetabling for education curriculums on CELCAT.
Then ensuring communication with administrators to provide enough time to prepare course handbooks and lecture programmes are ready for the event date in a timely manner.
Represent DREEAM at any Education Committee's where appropriate. Supervise the organisation of papers, agenda and minute taking.
To implement and develop systems to maintain an effective filing system that meets the needs of the service and ensure that personal training files fulfil the trusts standards as described within policy for maintaining records for DREEAM.
Implement and review systems to maintain and track staff training, working with the senior educators to ensure the process remains flawless.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and retention of educational delivery evidence in line with quality assurance frameworks.
To take responsibility for managing the trainee database in DREEAM. Including feeding into the appropriate education committee team meetings regarding the delivery of training on the database.
As delegated allocate specific supervisors to Medical Trainees.
Support Business Support Officer & Digital Media & Marketing Officer with marketing external courses and advertising using all available forums.
Using the CELCAT management system in place, upload all relevant student information and timetable training in accordance to system processes and pathway.
Produce reports for DREEAM Senior Management Team for the monthly speciality meeting, ensuring a clear narrative on a plan moving forward when target has not been met and what facto
