We're seeking an experienced sales leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our UK sales team as we begin a period of accelerated sales growth.
You'll be responsible for exceeding multiple revenue targets from your team as well as identifying new high-achievers to join our business.
You'll be given the tools and autonomy to succeed and will report directly into our Executive Board.
You'll have a strong background in technology sales and be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to prepare, present and execute a clear strategy for penetrating new markets as well as enhancing our offering to existing clients.
Whilst your location is not important, you'll need to be able to commit to a being based around London for much of your working week.
In return we'll provide an uncapped suite of rewards and benefits with an OTE exceeding £200k.**Required
Experience**:
- At least three years sales management experience
- A background in the commerical property sector or PropTech would be highly desirable.
- Expertise in either connectivity, managed networks or IT sales is essential
- Expertise in either Managed Print, AV or security is desirable
- An understanding of outreach campaigns
- A strong understanding of HubSpot for opportunity management, pipeline & performance reporting
- Cyber Security
- IT solutions with an emphasis on cloud architecture
- Proptech
- MSI Capable
- A clear understanding of solution rather than product sales

Process**Shortlisted applicants will be expected to agree to a video-based interview system to answer key questions and provide some personal statements. Successful applicants will be required to attend an in-person interview in London followed by submission of an outline strategy presentation. Final interviews will be with our Executive Team.
Salary:
£100,000.00-£200,000.00 per year
