Spa Manager required for Luxury, Modern Spa

My client is looking for a passionate, driven spa professional to manage their 6 treatment room hotel spa facility.

An amazing opportunity to manage the spa along with its facilities, indoor pool and fitness centre all within this stunning modern hotel spafacility.


Responsibilities include:

  • Marketing the spa and driving business
  • Financial control including budgeting, costs and analysis
  • Managing and motivating the team, including HR tasks where necessary
  • Managing client communications and overall guest satisfaction
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times and issues are dealt with in the correct manner

You will need:

  • Experience within a treatment/spa environment
  • Previous managerial experience
  • To be able to drive
  • To be flexible to work evenings and weekends in line with business needs
This role is offering a package of £35k-£40k along with great company benefits
