Solent NHS Trust would like to invite enthusiastic and motivated qualified Health Visitors, to join our flexible workforce delivering The Healthy Child Programme to children and families across the Isle of Wight

We are looking for Health Visitors who can work a minimum of 22.5 hours a week and in return you will be well supported through a positive culture of regular clinical and safeguarding supervision and one to one line management.

We recognise our skilled workforce as our most valuable resource and support continual professional development, offering ongoing learning opportunities.

We are looking for applicants with excellent communication skills, who are flexible, able to work across the Island and have the ability to implement new and exciting ways of working.

Good organisational skills, the ability to problem solve, and an ability to develop an effective rapport with a variety of service users is essential.

Working as part of a team in a collaborative way with a range of professionals is integral to the role.
