An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join a leading aerospace defence services company based in Bristol with a salary up to £55,000.

The Commercial Manager provides critical commercial support, ensuring the successful delivery of a varietyof high-value projects. There are many fantastic opportunities for development into a Senior Commercial Manager position over the next few years.


Responsibilities of the Commercial Manager:


  • Delivering commercial services supporting contracts, such as proposal preparation, negotiation, supplier liaison and preparation of contract documentation.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for commercial matters on relevant contracts and projects.
  • Proactively reporting and managing any potential contractual and commercial issues.
  • Monitoring of compliance of contracts with legislation and internal frameworks.

Person Specification of the Commercial Manager:

  • Previous proven experience and knowledge of procurement law/policy and contractual law.
  • Strong communication skills, including strong relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent at structuring tasks, planning and prioritising.
  • Flexibility and openness to change, innovation and adaptability.

Salary:

Up to £55,000


This role will be ideal for you if you have previous experience within procurement and commercial management as a Commercial Manager, Contracts Manager, Commercial Officer, or Contracts Administrator.
