We have an exciting opportunity to join Wilson James as a Site Administrator at Luton Airport. You will be working as a member of the Wilson James Admin team.

Main Duties:

Be able to put correct and accurate entries of working hours on Timegate Payroll.
Complete reports
Oversight vetting and onboarding for new starters.
Rostering of shifts
Hold excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.

Administration:

Dealing with queries
Liaise with all new starters from recruitment to on boarding.
Agency management
Maintaining accurate notes and supporting in HR meetings
Complete daily reports to disseminate to the airport community.
Prepare monthly legislation data for reporting.

Essential for the Role:

Microsoft 360
Excellent Excel knowledge
5year clear vetting & ability to obtain a Airside pass

Desirable:
Hold a full UK driving license.

5 on 2 off 8 hours a day shift pattern
