• Proactively identify and cultivate potential clients through various means, such as website and social media platforms.
• Analyze trends in the real estate market, understand the needs and preferences of target clients, and provide market insights and recommendations to guide sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement property promotion plans across online and offline channels, including property websites, social media platforms, and exhibitions, to increase property visibility and attract potential clients.
• Create compelling property-related content, such as property descriptions, blog articles, and social media posts, to encourage client engagement and participation.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as posters and brochures, ensuring alignment with our company's brand image.
• Participate in planning and executing brand promotion activities to raise our company's visibility and reputation.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, conduct data analysis, and generate reports to continuously optimize marketing strategies and activities.

• Minimum of 1 year of online marketing experience, with a preference for those who have worked in the real estate or related industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Familiarity with the UK real estate market and understanding of client psychology, with knowledge of the UK real estate market being a plus.
• Creative thinking and strong copywriting skills, capable of designing captivating marketing content.
• Proficiency in using social media and digital marketing tools, such as Facebook, Instagram.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, able to handle multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
