This is a fixed term post till November 2023The hours are worked 9.00am to 5.00pm
This is an exciting opportunity to come and join the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Complaints Department, to deliver a compassionate and high quality service to patients and relatives who have had cause to complain.
The post holder will often be the first point of contact for complainants, who may be distressed or upset, so kindness, discretion and tact are key attributes required.
It is essential that the post holder has good all round telephone, secretarial and computer skills, and experience in working in an office environment.
As well as contact with patients and their relatives, the post holder will also have daily communications with Complaints Managers, Senior Managers, Directors and clinical staff across the whole of the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde area.
