Description

The HR Advisor will report directly to the Head of HR and will be responsible for all generalist HR responsibilities, providing full support on the employee lifecycle.


The HR Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a point of contact for receiving and the accurate and timely processing of HR queries
  • Provide HR support related to a variety of changes within the employee life cycle
  • Assist in the preparation of the payroll, as required, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Use Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to input, maintain, compile and extract data.
  • Maintain employment records in accordance with retention policy and data protection requirements.
  • Responsible for updating organisation charts, systems and job descriptions and competency profiles.
  • Support all recruitment and onboarding activities including the issuing of contracts
  • Responsible for helping to manage, administering and promoting the company's employee benefit provisions and welfare offerings.
  • Promoting the company's values through a positive organisational culture based on value delivery and continuous improvement.

The HR Advisor Skills:

  • CIPD Qualified to Level 5 or equivalent
  • Practical and proven experience working as a HR Advisor (or equivalent role) in a generalist HR role (i.e. covering the full employee life cycle)
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience working with HRIS systems and Sharepoint
  • Able to work in an agile environment and be flexible in approach


This is a hybrid opportunity with the need to be in the office 3 days per week and the rest working from home.

The offices are based 3 minutes from Charing Cross station near Embankment.
