Creative Traffic Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Traffic Manager to join our in-house creative team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects run efficiently by streamlining workflows, managing studio resources, and matching them to project requirements.

You will work closely with our team leads, marketing managers, and senior directors across various time zones to ensure that talent is used effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

Workflow Management: Create and maintain production schedules and workflows to meet project deadlines.
Resource Allocation: Assign projects and responsibilities to team members based on their skillset and availability.
Task Tracking: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Communication: Facilitate communication among team members, departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and understanding.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Process Champion: Champion our existing processes and contribute to evolving best practices in resource management and creative delivery.

Required Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of creative production workflows and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Solution-focused problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
