Salary:
£10.50 per hour

Hours:
Part-time, 8am-6pm (flexibility required)

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. As an e-commerce company, we need someone who is comfortable with computer packages and taking orders over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing orders and payments efficiently and accurately
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problemsolving

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A friendly and approachable manner with a strong customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Good computer skills, including familiarity with computer packages and online ordering systems
Flexibility to work within a team and independently

This role is for 20 hours per week, working between the hours of 8am-6pm.
