Description

We are currently on the lookout for a Telesales Assistant to join our client based in Rawtenstall.

The main duties would include:

Conduct outbound calls to SME businesses to promote our services and arrange online or facetoface meetings for our sales executives
Follow scripts and guidelines provided to deliver persuasive sales pitches
Meet or exceed KPI targets
Document all customer interactions and update customer information in the database.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
Ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone
Basic computer skills for data entry and updating customer information

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is essential - preferably in the courier / Transportation & Logistics industry._

This role is part-time, 18 hours a week on a temp-perm basis.

The rate of pay is £10.42.
