Full Time Leisure Attendant (Lifeguard) - Ref: EE01123

Salary G4:
£21,968 - £24,054 per annum.
37 Hours per week

Location:
Bloxwich Active Living, High Street Bloxwich, Walsall WS3 2DA

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed leisure professional to join our team to help us achieve our goal of 'More People, More Active, More Often'.

You will be responsible for the presentation and delivery of all services within our leisure centres, and be required to work rotating shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Ensure the delivery of an excellent quality service to all our customers that use our facilities.
You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of customers, staff and other users
Perform lifeguarding duties as required.
Have experience in a frontline customer service environment.

Main Duties:

Presentation of all services within the Centre
General cleaning duties within the Centre and surrounding areas
Poolside supervision of users to ensure a safe environment is provided at all times
Assisting with deliveries of goods on site
Undertake duties with respect to events and functions layouts and supervision
To participate in continuous quality improvements initiatives
Assist with customer enquiries and ensure their safe and enjoyable participation of activities
The set up and storage of all equipment used on site
Any other duties to the position as directed
