- Coordinate collation and transfer of payroll information for 2 UK payrolls and 1 international payroll (Ireland).
- Update and maintain employee payroll records in the payroll provider software system, including new starters, terminations, pay/hour changes, and tax code updates.
- Work with HR to ensure seamless integration of all relevant information into the system.
- Handle various thirdparty data processing tasks, such as pensions, childcare, and benefits deductions.
- Check and approve payments before BACS payments are made and reconcile payroll journals with the Finance Department.
- Manage variable payment elements, such as bonus and overtime payments, and assist in annual pay and bonus review processes.
Skills & experience of HR & Payroll Administrator:
- Familiarity with payroll legislation is highly desirable.
- Experience of working within HR/payroll environment is highly desirable.
- Confident in ability to interpret data system requirements to input data into provider cloudbased software system.
- Planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently using own initiative.
- Advanced Excel and Word skills is essential.
