  • Coordinate collation and transfer of payroll information for 2 UK payrolls and 1 international payroll (Ireland).
  • Update and maintain employee payroll records in the payroll provider software system, including new starters, terminations, pay/hour changes, and tax code updates.
  • Work with HR to ensure seamless integration of all relevant information into the system.
  • Handle various thirdparty data processing tasks, such as pensions, childcare, and benefits deductions.
  • Check and approve payments before BACS payments are made and reconcile payroll journals with the Finance Department.
  • Manage variable payment elements, such as bonus and overtime payments, and assist in annual pay and bonus review processes.

Skills & experience of HR & Payroll Administrator:

  • Familiarity with payroll legislation is highly desirable.
  • Experience of working within HR/payroll environment is highly desirable.
  • Confident in ability to interpret data system requirements to input data into provider cloudbased software system.
  • Planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently using own initiative.
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills is essential.
