  • Are you keen to help strengthen Oxford's research culture in social sciences?
  • Are you able to identify and share good practice, using creative problemsolving skills to deliver projects in partnership with departments, researchers and professional services staff?


It's a key time to be involved in shaping the University of Oxford's research culture with several initiatives like the Researchers' Hub, a project to look at equity in research funding, the development of leadership training, and a responsible and ethical engagement project, as well as many others all now underway.


To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills to influence and bring together teams of departments, researchers and other professional services staff across the division.

Strong project management and creative problem-solving skills will also be essential to help strengthen our research cultures.

This post is offered on a fixed-term basis in the first instance until 31 July 2025. This is a full-time post (or minimum of 0.8 FTE).

Hybrid working arrangements will be considered in consultation with the line manager, but with the expectation of working at least two days per week based in the Divisional Office.
