Senior Facilities Manager - Northeast England - Mobile and Regional role.
We have a current opportunity for a Senior Facilities Manager Northeast England on a permanent basis. Ideally you will be based along the A1 (M) corridor between Newcastle to Darlington.

This is a senior leadership role suitable for a strong communicator, with sound technical knowledge and a strong track record in delivering a total facilities management service.

A background in a Clientside or Contractor role is fine, with minimum budgetresponsibility of over £5m per annum with clear evidence of focusing on exceptional standards and service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious professional who wishes to progress with leading organanisation and embraces changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

Experience of managing building services for a large corporate organisation
Proven ability to work independently and influence across the business and support functions
Experience of working with landlords and tenants
Proven change management skills
Proven track record in managing contracts
Strong team management skills, with ability to lead and energise colleagues
An understanding of the importance of budgetary control
The ability to conduct research to remain current with changes in legislation and knowledgeable around best practice
The ability to undertake public speaking events, present technical information to a nontechnical audience and communicate clearly at all levels
Professional membership of relevant institution such as IWFM or RICS
NEBOSH/IOSH Qualified or equivalent
Experience of managing to ISO14001, ISO50001, and ISO45001
