Our well known client in Bristol are looking for a outstanding Business Manager to join their team.

The position of Business Manager has responsibility for sales valuations and completions with overflow viewings.

Roles and responsibilities:

Carry out sales / lettings valuations.
Assist with sales viewings.
Responsibility for potential vendor journey with designated vendors/landlords.
Assisting and supporting the operations team in securing Valuations and Financial Services appointments through inbound and outbound telephone and digital channels.

They're looking for a highly motivated Valuer with a proven track record within an experienced Estate Agency.

We're keen to work with proactive individuals with a can-do approach and be eager to take on further responsibility in order to grow the businessand their career with excellent communication skills.

Basic £23k - £25k DOE with an OTE of up to £35k
