Description

The Geriatrics and Frailty Team are looking for a passionate and caring individual who has a keen interest in Quality and Safety who can support us to continue to provide high quality care to our patients.

You would need to have strong administrative skills and a good understanding of clinical language and terminology.

You will provide coordination for clinical quality and safety as well as patient experience in the Geriatrics and Frailty Team.

It would be an advantage to have a good working knowledge of the Quality and Safety agenda and its constituent components and the you would support effective coordination between the various strands of patient's safety and quality as well as patient experience; including incident investigations, complaint management and the risk register.

The Geriatrics and Frailty Team are supportive and our focus is improving the quality of care we provide to our patients.
