Are you a resilient and dedicated individual with a passion for making a positive impact on students' behavior and well-being? The Supply Room is actively seeking experienced Behaviour Mentors to join our team in Hillingdon, working with students in Key Stage 3 and 4.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Previous experience working with children with challenging behavior is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to addressing behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement effective behavior management strategies to support students in achieving their full potential.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide oneonone support and mentoring to students with behavioral needs.
  • Monitor and track progress, reporting findings to the teaching team.
