About Our Client:


Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful Healthcare organisation based in Lichfield with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a busy team.

This role offers a mix of office and home working - 2 days per week in the office.


Working as part of a busy HR team, the role of HR Advisor to take responsibility for a wide range of employee relations casework.


This will include but not limited to:

  • Act as the first point of contact for line managers and investigating managers offering advise on a wide range of ER casework
  • Managing end to end cases, ensuring they are resolved quickly
  • Ensure any absence is addressed appropriately
  • Actively promote HR policies and procedures
  • Seek advice on escalated issues
  • Maintain appropriate case notes

The Successful Applicant:


What's on Offer:

Up to £30000 pa

Hybrid working - circa 2 days per week in the office
