Redwings Lodge Group is a small group of hotels across the Midlands of England. We are currently looking to recruit a Hotel Night Supervisor for our busy hotel in
Wolverhampton.
Normally shifts are from to cover weekdays and weekends. Holiday and sickness cover on various shifts may be required.

Duties will include

To adopt a security and safety conscious attitude ensuring the safety of guests and hotel property.

Offer a warm welcome to guests checking in after 11pm.

To provide a service for the comfort and satisfaction of the guests.

Serving late night beverages form the bar.

Nightly security checks around the hotel.

Assist as required with restaurant set-up overnight.

To carry out in an efficient and responsible manner, key duties as for the Night Porter Duty List and daily hand over procedures.

Assist with basic Reception administrative duties whilst on shift.

Undertaking the night audit and completing associated duties and reports on a nightly basis.

Completing rotas for the night staff team.

The successful applicant will have an outgoing personality, with a can do attitude and great customer service skills. You will be reliable, punctual and a team player.
