One of my clients, a reputable Bank, is looking to hire an experienced IT Business Analyst to play a key role in their Global Custody business.

You will come into an established, global team of Business Analysts and work on a broad range of business-criticalprojects, being that all-important link between the business and IT.

Some projects that you will be leading the analysis on includes a trade optimisation project as well as a large transformational programme replacing legacy systems within global custody.

You will also work very closely with senior stakeholders to definerequirements and influence decisions across the business.

You will work in a team of BAs and help mentor some of the juniors, ensuring requirements are planned properly which includes reviewing the work of other team members and providing guidance/advice.

You will not just be working projects within one specific area and will also be expected to work on projects across fund accounting, trade finance and other middle office initiatives.

You must have the following skill set to be considered for this position:

Previous experience as a Business Analyst within the Custody space at another Bank (Securities/Corporate Actions/Cash Processing etc).
A proven track record of working on complex IT projects in Custody with a high frequency of requests.
Solid documentation skills and the ability to write comprehensive BRDs and FRDs.
Plenty of experience working very closely with senior stakeholders in another Bank.

This is a fantastic role in a Bank that is investing heavily across the Custody space. You will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week
