CMA has been engaged to recruit for this newly created Temporary Finance Assistant role based in Poole, Dorset to join our education sector client.

You will be joining their four-person finance team on a temporary basis due to the high volume of work currently being experienced.


What duties will the Temporary Finance Assistant include?

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices accurately;
  • Recording payments from parents across multiple systems;
  • Managing bank postings;
  • Reporting to and supporting the Finance Manager in any ad hoc tasks.
  • An education sector background is highly advantageous;
  • You will have an adaptable mindset as each day is never the same;
  • Previous end to end purchase ledger processing experience is key;
  • You will have experience of using bespoke accountancy packages.
