Job Title:
Mobile Catering Manager

Reporting to:
Operations Manager

Overall Objectives:

To provide a professional catering service, ensuring that company standards are maintained and that client expectations are met within the agreed objectives for the location
.

Specific Responsibilities:

To set objectives and be responsible for the day to day running of the location.
To assess employee performance, recognise potential and meet training needs as appropriate.
To ensure that the location achieves, as a minimum, the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budget and to carry out regular stock takes.
To monitor the work of the location team and carry out training as a team and ensuring that information is filed appropriately, with development plans that are actively used.
To hold team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets, standards required and company and client information.
To work in conjunction with the company Operations Manager to work within budget guidelines. To achieve and maintain the food cost in accordance with the budget.
To meet company standards and guidelines on preparing and cooking of meals and to meet expectations on the service of food and how it is set out.
To carry outall relevant paperwork for their units and to meet deadlines for this and to ensure that the unit is stocked accordingly to menus used, and that allergens procedures are met.
