We are interested in working with you if you can provide the following;

Experience in social care
Management team who fully supprt you and your development
Flexible
Caring and compassionate
Team player
Have some computer knowledge
Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.

Experienced in health or social care, ideally working with older people, you'll be familiar with the Care Inspectorate requirements and be qualified to SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and be permitted to work in the UK.

With more seniority comes more responsibility, so you'll be keen to show your management skills and take charge for an entire shift, be able to work on your own initiative, and cope under pressure in a diverse and changing environment.

So if you are as passionate about care as you are about leading a team and taking responsibility, this could be the job for you.
