ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

This leading events agency are looking for an experienced Account Director to join their team, taking the lead with the delivery of a range of events to include, live, virtual, experiential and exhibitions as well as marketing and comms campaigns for a widevariety of household brands.

The agency put their people at the forefront and culture & well-being play a vital role in the success of the business and the client projects they deliver.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management
Acting as the main point of contact for your clients you will be responsible for not only nurturing but also growing your client accounts. You'll be acting as brand guardian for your clients, ensuring consistency across multiple projectsand will have a natural ability to establish long term, trusted relationships.

Finance Management

We're looking for someone financially astute with demonstrable experience managing large scale budgets. You'll be adept and tracking, reporting and communicating between divisions utilising finance management platforms.

Business Development

Keeping yourself at the forefront of industry news and trends, you'll be able to spot opportunities for growth and take the lead with pitch delivery, creative development and will manage contractual negotiations.

People Management

You'll be responsible for leading, guiding and developing a team of account handlers underneath you. All members of your team will work in a hybrid way across account handling and project delivery and will look to you for guidance, leadershipand mentorship.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You'll come with an impressive portfolio of event delivery experience across both live and virtual events.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

You'll be a fantastic relationship builder who can quickly build rapport with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
We're looking for an excellent communicator with excellent organisational and project management skills.
