As Phase Leader you will be integral to the leadership and management of the school.

You will form a key part of the SLT, contributing to strategic decision making and driving improvement across the school.

The role is crucial in supporting the Head Teacher in delivering the vision for the school, ensuring consistency and be the custodian of the school's ethos.

Your role will involve oversight of a phase of the school, ensuring implementation, consistency and role modelling excellent practice.

At the heart of the Ernehale Flying High Academy, is the ABC Charter, ensuring that all pupils become aspirant, independent, and confident life-long learners, who have empathy towards one another and are prepared to take risks in their learning.
