We are looking for a passionate practitioner, determined to ensure that every child has the opportunity to reach their potential.

As Phase Leader you will be integral to the leadership and management of the school.

You will form a key part of the SLT, contributing to strategic decision making and driving improvement across the school.

The role is crucial in supporting the Head Teacher in delivering the vision for the school, ensuring consistency and be the custodian of the school's ethos.

Your role will involve oversight of a phase of the school, ensuring implementation, consistency and role modelling excellent practice.
