Story Wood School Governors are seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant admin team.

We are looking for an employee with admin experience, preferably within a school environment but other areas would be considered.

- effective secretarial and clerical skills
- excellent verbal and written English skills
- a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- the ability to work calmly and accurately to tight deadlines
- a commitment to ensuring confidentiality
- good organisational skills, ability to prioritise, multitask and work as part of a team
- data entry, letter writing and filing
- competent use of IT packages i.e., word, excel but training will be provided
- willingness to undertake the maintenance of manual & computerised records/systems to include ScholarPack MIS, Free School Meal Checker, Parent Pay, School Grid
