Be part of the Business Technology Solutions for Vodafone UK, the team that design and develop our converged communications solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, whilst implement the solutions directly with our customers.

What will you be doing?


You will be responsible for delivering small projects or work packages for customers, either independently or as part of a larger project or programme.


Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Validation and Control of Scope
  • Formally agree scope of the project or work package and manages any variations in accordance with Change Control process. Tracks and reports against project budget.


  • Planning and Control

  • Create project and resource plans gaining stakeholder buy in. Drives delivery against the plan and takes proactive actions to prevent any deviation.
  • Risk and Issue Management
  • Establish and maintain the Risk and Issue register identifying new risks and response strategies. Implement mitigation where issues occur.
  • Leadership, Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Creates and sustains collaborative working relationships across customer and internal teams. Communicates concisely using appropriate methods.


  • Governance and Methodology

  • Comply with Vodafone Project Delivery Lifecycle (VPDL) methodology and establishes appropriate governance regime with customer

Who are we looking for?


We are looking for an individual with experience of working on external customer facing projects, who has strong communication and stakeholder management skills alongside solid reporting, governance, and planning skills.

We would like you to be proficientin the following:


  • Microsoft office suite of products.
  • Prince 2 Foundation essential, and Practitioner is desirable.
  • Telecom's product knowledge would also be useful
