My client based in Weybridge Surrey is seeking a pro-active and efficient Financial Administrator (ideally with financial service or similar background experience), to join this established company supporting the Managing Director and team on a day-to-daybasis.

The successful applicant for the Financial Administrator role will enjoy a great package with the following benefits: Basic salary £20,000 - £25,000 (dependent on previous experience)

This is a full-time permanent position

The financial administrator will be required to support all aspects of the office including: Liaising with advisors and clients, providing full range of admin support to all servicing requirements of existing clients Investments, Pensions and Mortgages

  • Liaising with clients on the telephone, answering incoming calls and taking messages, meeting and greeting visitors to the office
  • Updating the database
  • Various other admin tasks to ensure the smooth efficient running of the office.
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial administration process.
In addition, you should have

  • Excellent telephone skills
  • First class verbal and written communication skills.
