About the Role

We have a two exciting opportunities within the Mortgage Advice Team to become Mortgage Advice Coordinators.


You will be welcomed by a team who are dedicated to providing an exceptional service to all customers and who make the department a great place to work.


Reporting to the Mortgage Advice Manager, you will be fully trained to complete non advised decision in principles and will be supported by members of our experienced team throughout your journey.

You will be the first point of contact for customers looking to own their own home, making amendments to their existing customer mortgages and supporting customers through the mortgage journey from decision in principle to completion.


These exciting roles also entails coaching first time buyers towards their dream of owning their first home, developing a long lasting relationship with your customers and building your own portfolio to manage.

This maybe through telephone, video appointments or even social media


You will support and develop strong relationship with your Mortgage Adviser colleagues to create an efficient and excellent customer journey.


With the support of your manager, you will have deliverables to work towards to make sure you are developing during your time with us.

Additionally you will have exposure to the responsibilities of the wider team by supporting projects and tasks in the department.

Our opening hours are 9am-8pm Monday to Friday & 9am-3pm Saturdays (rotational shifts) and you will have a 35 hour working week

About You
You'll need to be great with people through all channels; face to face, telephone and video. You'll have experience that demonstrates your attention to detail and accuracy whilst focusing on customers.

You'll have clear and concise written and spoken communications skills and you'll be someone who can think outside the box.

Our team works closely together ensuring we provide the best possible service for our customers. Contributing to common goals, you'll also be comfortable working independently whilst having support every step of the way.
