Credit Control Supervisor

London (4 days office based / 1 day home based, Mon-Fri)

Up to £31,000 + excellent benefits (inc. 27 days annual leave increasing to 30, training & study support, pension, private medical, corporate gym membership)
Reporting into the Credit Manager, your duties will include:

Direct supervision of one member of staff
Reporting figures and providing key analytics to senior management
Prioritising collection of revenue, issuing instalment plans, and minimising risk to maximise cash flow for the business
Advising and assisting customers with queries
Assisting with high volumes of face to face interactions with customers
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external contacts

Key skills required:

Proven B2C credit control experience
Previous experience or ability to coach/mentor/supervise junior members of staff
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Selfmotivated and driven
Proven ability to use own initiative
Good working knowledge of Excel
