- Work closely with the Head of Programmatic – Demand side, to ensure the business objectives for programmatic are implemented within the Business Growth Team
- Educate the Business Growth Team from the learnings, meetings, 121s held with the Head of Programmatic.
- Build relationships with clients, media and digital agencies, to grow programmatic revenue for JCDecaux.
- Actively participate in customised buyer planning sessions, hosting, presenting, and educating key collaborators, both internally and externally, about programmatic OOH's impact on the media mix
- Devise engagement plans and business development strategies and revenue forecasts to hit pre-determined revenue targets
- Collaborate with your colleagues on the Business Growth team on all aspects of programmatic sales.
- Acquire and share a deep knowledge of JCDecaux' products and services.
- Stay informed on industry matters, the media marketplace and digital ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc. Team Contributor
- Collaborate with various JCDecaux departments to deliver proactive and effective sales services.
- Work closely with team members to maintain a high level of external service.

- Proven experience in sales within the digital advertising sector is crucial.
- Familiarity with Programmatic Digital Out of Home is an advantage, but not essential.
- Experience with CRM systems for data input and report generation is desirable.
- Previous experience in customer-focused or fast-paced environments is beneficial.
- Track record of contributing to successful teams
- Capability to perform effectively under operational pressure and time constraints
