Description
We are currently looking to employ a receptionist/administrative assistant to join the team in our Brighton office.

You will need to provide friendly and efficient reception cover, dealing with incoming telephone calls, as well as greeting visitors and dealing with internal office administration.


Key Duties include:

  • Answering the phone promptly, efficiently and distributing calls for all offices.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Dealing with incoming post and scanning into the Firm's document management software.
  • Providing secretarial and administrative assistance.
  • Dealing with outgoing post.
  • Office administration, including monitoring of stationery and office supplies.
  • Liaising with suppliers as required.
  • Health and safety monitoring.
  • Maintaining an organised and efficient front desk.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Previous experience working as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Proven experience with office equipment (such as scanners and printers).
  • Full training will be given.

  • Positive attitude, selfmotivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.

  • Competitive salary.
  • Whilst the position is fulltime (37.5 hour per week), hours can be negotiable but would need to include working on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.
