    We are seeking a sales development representative to join our team at memoryBlue, the fastest-growing sales development company in B2B tech. As a sales development representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts via outbound sales activities.

    About Us:

    Established in 2012, memoryBlue is an award-winning Sales Development company specialising in the B2B tech industry. With a team of over 300 experienced sales and marketing professionals globally, we support established vendors such as Google, Adobe and Airbnb as well as innovative start-ups to increase revenue, boost pipeline and accelerate growth worldwide.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Place between 50-70 outbound calls to set appointments to initiate the sales process on behalf of our clients.
    • Account management, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
    • Work to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals through the execution of lead generation activities.
    • Continuous prospecting through LinkedIn, Discover.org and other data sources.
    • Utilising email and social media platforms to book meetings with qualified prospects.

    Requirements:

    • Native German speaker.
    • Previous sales experience is preferred.
    • People who embody our core values: curiosity, accountability, conscientiousness and resilience.
    • Strong written, verbal, and phone skills.
    • Metrics-driven and goal-orientated.
    • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.
